The Gwanggyo Water Circulation System project improved and reused dewatered sludge cake generated during dredging of Woncheon and Sindae reservoirs.

Sludge previously treated as waste was converted into improved soil for fill and cover use, reducing disposal costs while supporting water-quality improvement and riverbed management.
